Member Responsibilities

Responsibilities of Academy Members

Membership in the Academy carries specific responsibilities that vary depending on a member’s rank. Faculty member participation in the programs and services offered by the Academy will be documented and reviewed by the Academy Director and the Academy Steering Committee each year. The Steering Committee will vote whether each faculty member is meeting the responsibilities required for their rank of membership in the Academy. Each member will be notified in writing of their review by the Steering Committee. Any member of the Academy who is found to be out of compliance with Academy responsibilities for two consecutive years will either be assigned to a lower academy rank appropriate for their level of service, or will lose their membership in the Academy without prejudice for future membership.
